Things to remember:

• Complete the enrollment form from start to finish once for each singer you wish to enroll.

• Navigating away from the enrollment page before completing and submitting the form will clear the form.

• There are three payment options for 2025–2026 ORS Youth Choir tuition: pay-in-full (preferred), two-payment, and monthly.

• Payment plans will incur a processing fee per transaction (two-payment and monthly). These options are available to choose from on the enrollment form.

• If enrolling more than one singer, families receive a 10% discount on tuition for the youngest singer if two or more singers in the same family enroll in ORS Youth Choir.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is due with enrollment. All singers must pay this deposit to enroll, whether applying for scholarship or paying in full. This deposit will count toward the total cost of tuition.

• You are not enrolled until you click “SUBMIT” at the very end. It might take a moment to complete submission. Please wait until you see a confirmation screen.

• Families will receive an invoice from Quickbooks Invoices in October for the balance due (full tuition or first payment less the $50 deposit paid during enrollment). This applies to all payment plans: pay-in-full, two-payment, monthly, or scholarship. Payment will be due within 14 days.
