  • Diverse and balanced revenue mix
    Nearly half of our revenue came from earned income through tuition and ticket sales (49%), complemented by strong philanthropic support (51%).

  • Strong individual giving base
    Donor contributions play a critical role in bridging the gap between program cost and affordability. (44%). Nearly 15% of this support comes from our GEM (Give Every Month) supporters, whose ongoing generosity provides steady resources that help sustain and grow our programs.

  • Mission-focused spending
    In 2025, 76% of all expenses directly supported singers and programs, reflecting a clear alignment between financial decisions and artistic and educational priorities.

  • Improved investment in programs
    Program spending increased from 69% in 2024 to 76% in 2025, demonstrating continued progress toward our strategic goal of directing more resources to programs and services.

  • Consistent administrative stewardship
    Administrative costs remained steady at 16% in both 2024 and 2025, aligning directly with the organization’s strategic goal to keep administrative expenses below 20% while program investment increased.

  • Investing for Growth
    In 2025, we reached an exciting milestone by beginning to invest our Elevate funds with a trusted third-party partner, positioning these resources to grow and further support our mission in the years ahead.
