Ticket Policy

Our goal is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient, and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the ticket-purchasing process.

Refunds
Sales are final.  Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Exceptions:

Canceled Events
If an event is canceled, you will receive an email notification from ORS to either obtain a full refund (refunded to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase) or to donate the cost of your tickets to ORS for a tax-deductible contribution.

Rescheduled/Postponed Events
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets will be honored for the new date and no further action is required.  Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund or donation options for the event.

Exchanges
Ticket holders can exchange tickets for tickets of equal value to another performance of the same show up to 48 hours before your original scheduled performance. Refunds will not be given for exchanges to a ticket of lesser value. Likewise, exchanges to tickets of greater value are permitted, but require an additional charge of the difference.

Exchanges are based on availability. Please call the ORS office no later than 48 hours in advance to exchange your tickets.

Unable to Attend?
If you’re unable to attend a performance, you may donate your tickets to ORS and receive a tax-deductible receipt for your income taxes. Please let us know if you cannot use your tickets so that we may make those seats available for others.

If you lose or forget your tickets, we will be happy to reprint them at the box office the day of the show.

Payment Methods
We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including (among others) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, check (in-person only) or cash (in-person only)

Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation, in the form of a confirmation page or email (“Order Confirmation”).

Delivery Options
Generally speaking, you will have the option to purchase either a mobile or print-at-home ticket, or request the ticket be held at will call.

Different combinations of delivery methods may be offered, depending on a number of factors—including (but not limited to) the venue where the event is to be held, whether the event is in person or virtual, how much time is left before the event starts, etc. Event Providers may change from event to event and will affect ticket delivery options as well. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.

Tuition

Scholarship/Financial Aid
Scholarship applications will be reviewed as they are received and applicants will be notified of their award within one week of a completed submission. Any remaining tuition owed will be due within five days of the award notification.

To express interest in a scholarship, students must first be fully enrolled to apply. To waive tuition in the enrollment process and to express interest in a scholarship, applicants must enter “SCHOLARSHIP” in the discount code box. To complete your scholarship request, families are asked to fill out a simple google form identifying that the student qualifies for free/reduced lunch and how much they are able to pay, if any, toward tuition. Links and details for scholarships here.

ORS wants to ensure every student is able to continue their participation in our program despite extenuating and unexpected circumstances.  ORS understands that unexpected circumstances can occur at any time of the year, therefore scholarships are available for request at any time.
